Corporate Training Assessment Approach

Working in partnership with you, we invest the time to understand your culture, together with your business and strategic objectives.

The CLI India team will identify the key issues and develop corporate training programs to enhance skills and behavior and therefore, meet your business objectives and create real business impact.

Step 1 – Consultation

We meet with key stakeholders within your organization and determine the key issues and identify success criteria.

  • What do you wish your employees/managers to do differently/achieve?
  • How do these relate to organization strategy/business plans?
  • What impact will this have on your organization?

Step 2 – Action Planning

We develop the action plan to achieve the maximum results.

  • What do you need to put in place to achieve these results?
  • What is the primary focus ie what do you concentrate on first to begin to achieve the results without having a negative impact on current business?

Step 3 – Implementation

We develop the agreed programs and implement within the organization. Our philosophy is to review progress on a regular basis against the objectives agreed at the outset.

Step 4 – Evaluation, measuring Return on Investment

We measure the results to determine ROI.

  • What was the original success criteria?
  • How have we achieved/met the original success criteria?
  • Demonstrate  ROI to key stakeholders.
